Camchiller
Perfect for maintaining
cold foods for off-site feeding or outdoor events. Keep food
fresh and safe for eight hours or more without the expense of
external power, or the hassle of constantly adding ice.
Simply freeze the Camchiller for eight hours and then place it in
your Cambro catering equipment. Camchiller helps you to meet
the HACCP regulation of 41°F or less. For optimal use,
place at top of compartment and move down as pans are
removed. Designed to fit a full size pan opening (12" x
20"). Use with Cambro product 300MPC, UPC400, UPC600,
UPC800, UPC1200 and UPC1600. Color - Cold Blue.

Camwarmer
Keep hot prepared foods
at higher safe food temperatures while stored and transported in
Cambro non-electric insulated food pan carriers and carts.
Helps hold food temperatures higher by as much as 10°F and
above 140°F for almost two hours longer. For optimum
performance, slide two heated Camwarmers onto the bottom
compartment rails, onto a bottom sheet pan or onto the side rims
of the bottom food pan. Move Camwarmers up as food pans are
removed. Eliminates pre-heating compartment with hot water,
saving time and reducing risk of injury. Heat Camwarmer by
placing in 350°F heated oven for approximately 45 minutes.
All Camwarmer components are dishwasher safe and can be taken
apart for complete cleaning. Fits 150MPC, 300MPC, UPC600,
UPC400 and UPC800. Color Granite Gray.

ThermoBarrier
Divide the interior into
hot and cold areas with our removable ThermoBarrier insulated
shelf. Maintain safe hot and cold temperatures by separating
food held in the same compartment. Move up or down as food
pans are removed to minimize holding space and maximize hot or
cold temperatures of food.
