capacities and transport needs. Polyethylene construction,
thick polyurethane foam insulation and sturdy plastic latches and
air-tight gaskets ensure temperature retention for hours, without
any external heat source. Molded-in mounting plates prevent
the hardware from pulling out. Mold-in handles won't break
off.

Food Pan Capacity . . . 150MPC:
1/2 size food pan - 4 each 2-1/2" deep, 3 each 4"
deep or 2 each 6" deep.
200MPC: Full size food pan - 4 each 2-1/2" deep,
3 each 4" deep or 2 each 6" deep.
300MPC: Full size food pan - 4 each 2-1/2" deep,
3 each 4" deep or 2 each 6" deep.
Store Hot and Cold
Foods . . . Store hot and
cold foods in the same compartment with the use of the
optional ThermoBarrier Insulated Shelf Divider. Keep
food chilled for 8 hours or more with the option Camchiller
(Available for Model 300MPC only). No external power
or ice required. Maintain safe temperatures for hot
food with the optional Camwarmer.
Construction . . . One piece
seamless, double-wall, high-density polyethylene
construction is durable, lightweight and dishwasher
safe. Textured exterior is scratch-resistant.
