carts are ideal for both holding and transporting as they maintain
both food and temperature and moisture level. First-ever
plastic-based, foam insulated electric carts with UL approval and
NSF listing.
Thermoelectric system
maintains safe food temperatures when electric is turned on.
Polyethylene shell
filled with polyurethane foam insulation protects and insulates food
from external environment. Holds moisture without the need for
a messy and difficult to control humidifier.
Load, hold,
transport, unload and serve-all from one cabinet. Also
provides additional holdings capacity in kitchen, prep or service
area.
Holds both sheet pans
and full size food pans to allow for menu variety.
Ergonomically
designed molded-in steering handles and door handles make it easy to
transport and steer.
Two Models Are
Available: Camtherm Hot Cart and Camtherm Hot/Cold Cart.
Camtherm Hot Cart:
When the power is on,
the heating unit allows the air temperature in side the cavity to be
maintained in the range of 150°F to 165°F, in accordance with
HACCP guidelines. When the unit is at 165°F and the power is
turned off for passive holding or transporting, the temperature
inside the cavity will stay above 140°F for eight hours.
Hot hold enables
carrying an array of menu items including appetizers, entree, side
dishes, vegetables and sauces.
Camtherm Hot/Cold
Cart:
This Unique and
Versatile cart can serve as either a cold holding or hot holding
cabinet by just a flick of a switch. set hot holding between 150°F
and 165°F. Or switch to cold holdings at 37°F (+/- 2°F).
Hot holdings performs
the same as on the Camtherm Hot Cart. In addition, the cold
holding feature on the Hot/Cold model can be used to hold canapes,
salads and desserts.
Cart . . .
Unique and versatile plastic-based
thermoelectric cart is designed for both holding and
transporting food on or off-premise. Food remains at
safe temperatures. holds hot or cold food temperatures
without electric source for hours.
Thermoelectric
Unit . . .
Thermoelectric unit located on back of
unit is completely enclosed in a protective, powder coated,
steel encasement. when the power is on, it will maintain the
air temperature inside the cavity at an even range of 150°F
(65°F) to 165°F (74°C) or 37°F (28°C) in
accordance with HACCP guidelines. When heated to
165°F (74°C) and then turned off for passive holding or
transporting, the temperature inside the cavity stays above
140° (60°C) for 8 hours when the cabinet is full.
When cooled to 37°F (27°) and then turned off, the
internal cavity temperature will remain below 41°F(5°C)
for 2 hours when cabinet is full. Electrical cord
length is 6' (183cm) and there is a wrapping hook for
easy storage.

virtually unbreakable, polycarbonate waterproof cover,
on-off power switch, temperature setting dial, auto green
light for " power on " indicator and auto red
light for "set temperature achieved"
Internal
Thermometer . . .
Internal thermometer has a solar
powered external digital display available in either
Fahrenheit or Centigrade so cavity temperature can be
checked and recorded.

Double wall, polyethylene external
construction is impact resistant and will not dent, crack,
bubble, chip or break. Thick, polyurethane foam
insulation helps to ensure excellent food temperature
retention during holding and transportation

open and closes to provide maximum cold temperature
retention. Magnetic seal gasket provides a tight seal

still permitting easy opening and closing the door.
Door Swing

Door swing open 270° to provide easy
access to contents and keeps the door out of the way when
removing or inserting food or pans or sheet
pans. Knuckle hinge mechanism makes door extra sturdy
and easy to remove for cleaning
