The UPC400 offers
extra large capacity and holds a variety of food pans. There
are 12 molded-in rails on 1-1/2" centers, so it will hold a
combination of full size, 1/2 and 1/3 size pans. The door
opens a full 270 degrees for easy loading and unloading. Units
interlock for easy stacking or transporting. Use the optional
Camchiller to turn your UPC400 into a portable refrigerator.
